Logan Dockery PT, DPT, PhD

Logan earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014 from the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) and has been a practicing clinician for 9 years. He has worked in a number of Physical Therapy settings but discovered his real skill set and expertise was Outpatient Orthopedics and Running/Gait Biomechanics. In addition to his clinical Doctorate, Logan earned his PhD in Physical Therapy with published research in Gait
Biomechanics, specifically ankle biomechanics.
He has extensive experience in orthopedic injuries, injury prevention, running-related injuries, advanced running analysis, sports performance training, Sports Medicine, and coaching. He is also certified in blood flow restriction (BFR) and dry needling.
Logan competed collegiately in Track and Field and Cross Country for UCA all four years of undergraduate, was a Team Captain for two of those final years of his undergraduate seasons and a Graduate Assistant Coach for the UCA Cross Country and Track team while earning both his Doctorates.
Logan opened Blue Rose Physical Therapy in 2021 with a general purpose and vision in mind- to have a path of greater positive health impact to the Central Arkansas Community. He knows this impact and outreach needs to be extended to the Arkansas Running Community- thus, Blue Rose Running Co. was created!

Chelsea Weaver Smith

Chelsea is an Elite caliber runner who has been involved in the running community for 20 years with 10 years of coaching experience. She found success in running at a young age, winning multiple conference and state titles in high school. Chelsea competed collegiately where she earned all-conference recognition for the 1,500, 3,000, steeplechase, and 5,000 meters. She was the school record holder in the steeplechase and acted as the Team Captain for her team at Arkansas State University (ASU).
After her own collegiate running career as a Red Wolf, she began coaching junior high and high school cross country and track and field, which she did for 5 years, before moving to become a volunteer assistant at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA) for two years. Chelsea began her own private coaching business in 2016 where she provided specialized and individualized training to both high school athletes and adults. 
Chelsea's experience, values and goals for the Central Arkansas running community align perfectly with the Vision and Mission of Blue Rose Running Co. making her an amazing fit as a leader on the Blue Rose Team!
Besides running, Chelsea's hobbies include reading and traveling. She is a recent graduate of UCA, earning her Ed. S degree, and she serves as an Assistant Principal at Greenbrier High School. Currently her favorite distance is the half marathon, and she was the 2023 Little Rock Half Marathon winner.

Jo Butler

Jo has been running since she was young. What started as a journey to be a fast 400m runner led down to the roads of the marathon. She is an elite
marathon runner, qualifying twice for the Olympic Trials with a personal best of 2:36:19, which she ran in Chicago this past year merely 14 months after giving birth to a precious baby girl, Lucy.
Jo specializes with runners who are under-fueling, as she is a sports nutritionist, and she loves helping runners build confidence and love their journey. Her mission is to help inspire the next generation of female athletes to pursue dreams they never thought possible.

Jeff Beason

At the age of 41, Jeff faced some major health issues. It was then that he decided to take control of his health and fitness. After losing over 100 pounds through proper diet and fitness, he discovered a love for running. This love pushed him to learn as much as he could. Soon he started on the path to becoming a coach, eventually earning a Road Runner's Club of America Level II Coaching Certification. 
Early on, he was introduced to trail and ultrarunning. He attended and eventually taught and hosted trail running clinics around the southern United States. He has run many ultra-marathons, including the Arkansas Traveller 100. In addition to the trail running clinics, Jeff has worked in the running industry and coached both individuals and groups since 2018. When not running or coaching, Jeff enjoys reading and spending time outdoors.

Beau Theriot

Beau is a highly skilled and dedicated former D1 XCTF coach with a passion for empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential. With over 18 years of experience in the coaching industry, he has honed expertise in various areas, including leadership development, personal growth, and team dynamics. As a coach, Beau employs a client-centric approach, tailoring his coaching sessions to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. He firmly believes in fostering a supportive and encouraging environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their strengths, challenges, and aspirations.
Having completed multiple coaching certifications through USATF, USTFCCCA, NICA and USAC, Beau is equipped with a diverse range of tools and techniques to guide clients through transformative journeys. His coaching style combines empathy, active listening, and powerful questioning to help clients gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and achieve sustainable results.
Throughout his career, Beau has successfully coached elite athletes from various disciplines.
Beyond coaching, Beau is a strong advocate for continuous learning and personal growth. He regularly attends workshops, conferences, and industry events to stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies and trends.

Thomas Cain

Thomas is a devoted runner, who has been running for 10 years. A double masters graduate, and a 6-year division 1 XCTF athlete at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA). Thomas believes in principles of longevity and a championship mindset throughout all aspects of life that will lift athletic achievements.
Thomas has a rich passion for coaching and mentoring athletes, boasting 7 years of experience as a counselor for an elite high-altitude training camp, he has helped propel hundreds of athletes to compete collegiately. Thomas has coached several athletes to PRs in all events from the 800 all the way to the marathon. He believes in the vision of Blue Rose and is the current webmaster.
Aside from running, Thomas enjoys watching collegiate sports, broadcast production, and data analytics. Currently, his favorite distance is the 5K but he is planning to run the 3 Bridges marathon and earn a BQ.
